Product Details:

Composite Ferrite Magnet

Detailed Product Description

Hard Ferrite Magnets  Neo&Samarium Cobalt   Alnico Magnet

Hard ferrite materials can be supplied in two main forms isotropic and anisotropic and in either disc, ring or in block form per your requirements.

Neodymium magnets are based on rare earth. Currently the most powerful magnets available are those produced from Neodymium. This opens up an important application area, where space is limted, or where high dynamics are demanded.

Neodymium can be supplied in disc, block, ring or in segment form as standard, or specifically to customer requirements. neodymium can be produced to tolerances of within +/- 0.1mm

Samarium-cobalt magnets are powerful and are able to withstand temperatures of up to 250c. They are made from an alloy of the rare earth samarium and cobalt. On account of the exceptional hardenss of the material, they can only be worked on with the use of diamond tools

Alnico Magnets are suitable for use in extremely high temperature applications up to 500c. The material consists of an alloy of aluminium, nickel and cobalt (AlNiCo). The material possesses an extraordinary mechanical hardness.
They are manufactured by undergoing a metallurgic pressing-sintering process or casting process. The raw materials used for Alnico magnets are mixed prior to being heated in preparation for the casting process.
